Abstract

Studies of corporate image often proceed on the assumption that "expert" judges know which dimensions of a corporation's image the respondents consider when they think about the corporation. This article describes a factor-analytic study in which the image dimensions were obtained empirically, and compares the images held by two groups of respondents.
