Abstract

In this paper, we present a new method for group decision making with incomplete fuzzy preference relations based on the additive consistency and the order consistency. We estimate unknown preference values based on the additive consistency and then construct the consistency matrix which satisfies the additive consistency and the order consistency simultaneously for aggregation. The existing group decision making methods may not satisfy the order consistency for aggregation in some situations. The proposed method can overcome the drawback of the existing methods. It provides us with a useful way for group decision making with incomplete fuzzy preference relations based on the additive consistency and the order consistency.
