Abstract
A part of the SODA project that we undertook was aimed at establishing the goals of ‘strategic management’ within the context of the activities of the Group Planning organization in Shell International. In addressing myself to our experiences of SODA it is appropriate to evaluate the potential and realized outcomes of the method within the context of this framework.
