Abstract

Eine chirale Phosphorsäure katalysiert die Bildung von Pyrroloindolinen mit benachbarten quartären und tertiären Kohlenstoffzentren. Ausgehend von leicht zugänglichem Tryptamin konnten sowohl Michael- als auch Aminierungsprodukte in hohen Ausbeuten und Enantioselektivitäten erhalten werden.
