Redesigning Training for Internal Medicine

It is difficult to believe that Congress is willing to fund a conversion to a unified national EHR, and the specter of the government tying the level of Medicare reimbursement to EHR implementation—arguably an unfunded mandate—is particularly difficult for small practices.
