Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is to investigate Hong Kong hotel service quality levels to assist Hong Kong hoteliers in formulating customized strategies to enhance their ability to perform the promised service to visitors. A survey questionnaire was conducted and an importance and performance model was used. Six underlying hotel service quality dimensions were identified and four of them were important influential factors in determining international visitors' overall satisfaction levels as well as their likelihood of returning to the same hotels.
