Intra-Industry Size Differences in Founder-Controlled Firms

Abstract

Intra Tuck Recently completed his post-graduate study in the Department of managment, Univeristy of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zeland. Bob Hamilton is associate professor in the department with research and teaching interest in small business development and strategic managment. the main purpose of the paper is to apply a general framework of small business development in order to identify the cause of size diffrence with a group of long-established, founder controlled firms operating within the same industry(furniture making) and in the same location (urban Christchurch).
