This reproduction was m a d e from a c o p y o f a d ocum ent sent to us f o r microfilming.While the m ost advanced technology h a s been used t o photograph an d reproduce this docum ent, the q u a lity of the reproduction is heavily d e p e n d en t upon the quality o f th e material subm itted.The following explanation of techniques is provided to help clarify markings o r notations which may a p p e a r on this reproduction.1.The sign or "ta r g e t" for pages apparently lacking from th e document photographed is " Missing Page(s)" .If it was possible to o b ta in the missing page(s) or section, th e y are spliced in to the film along with a d ja c e n t pages.This may have necessitated cutting th ro u g h an image and duplicating adjacent pages to assure complete continuity.2. When an image o n th e film is obliterated w ith a round black mark, it is an indication of e ith e r blurred c o p y because o f movement d u rin g exposure, duplicate copy, o r copyrighted m aterials that sh o u ld not have b e e n filmed.F or blurred pages, a g o o d image of th e page can b e found in the adjacen t frame.I f copyrighted m aterials were deleted, a target n o te will appear listin g the pages in the adjacent frame.3. W hen a map, draw ing or chart, e tc ., is part of t h e material being photographed, a definite m ethod o f "sectioning" the m aterial has been followed.It is custom ary to begin filming at th e upper left h a n d comer of a large sheet and to continue from left t o right in e q u a l sections w ith small overlaps.If necessary, sectioning is co n tin u ed again-beginning below th e first row a n d continuing on until complete.
