Abstract

Abstract This paper reports on a pilot project to provide bilingual and bicultural social work clinical services to undergraduate Mexican-American students at California State University (CSU). It outlines practice issues and cultural perspectives that supported the training of two social work graduate interns in the provision of culturally syntonic services. Supervisory mechanisms used to promote this cultural sensitivity are also presented.
