Abstract
The article discusses a study that creates a path model to investigate the relationship between Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the workplace. The study used job satisfaction and organizational commitment to mediate between the LMX relationships and OCB. The article describes using meta-analysis and multiple regression to test the hypotheses, and explains that the results indicate that overall job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between LMX and OCB.
