Abstract
Die Titelreaktion, die durch das kommerziell erhältliche chirale sekundäre Amin 1 katalysiert wird, überführt die stabilen α-Amidosulfone 2 in situ hoch stereoselektiv in N-Carbamat-geschützte Imine. Dieser organokatalytische Ansatz bietet einen bequemen Zugang zu den wertvollen Produkten 3, die in hohen Ausbeuten mit sehr guter anti-Selektivität und hoher Enantiomerenreinheit erhalten werden.
