Abstract

This article reports an empirical study designed to examine the test-retest reliability of personality trait measures developed from modification of standard tests, and to assess the ability of the modified test to determine the traits measured by the standard test. The results indicate that modified measurement instruments adequately measure the defined conceptual traits.
