Abstract

The article presents a response by the authors of the paper “Clustering Countries on Attitudinal Dimensions: A Review and Synthesis,” Simcha Ronen and Oded Shenkar, to P. Blunt, who criticized a point in their study that looked at clustering of countries on the basis of employee work attitudes. Ronen and Shenkar argue that they did not use research that did not include clustering, which caused there to be little data from Africa and the Soviet bloc, and they analyze research that Blunt suggested they should have used in their work.
