Abstract
요약 본 연구의 목적은 인터넷뱅킹과 지점뱅킹을 동시에 사용하고 있는 고객들을 대상으로 하여 그들의 인터넷채널에 대한 충성도를 향상시키는데 있어 중요한 변수인 신뢰와 관계결속과 그것의 영향변수 인 공유가치, 커뮤니케이션, 기회주의와의 관계를 온라인과 오프라인 채널올 통하여 동시에 고찰하고, 온라인과 오프라인 채널에 대한 신뢰의 상호작용과 그 역할을 고찰하는 것이다. 번수들간의 인과관계를 검정하기 위하여 LISREL 분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 온라인 환경에서는 공유가치, 커뮤니케이션, 기회주의 모두 관계걸속에 중요한 영향번수로 나 타났다 둘째, 온라인 채널과 오프라인 채널에 대한 신뢰는 서로 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났 다- 셋째, 온라인 채널에 대한 고객 충성도에 온라인 채널에 대한 신뢰뿐만 아니라 오프라인 채널에 대한 신뢰도 영흥을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
