Los autores realizan un estudio bibliométrico de los modelos de evaluación de la calidad percibida en Internet. Luego de una breve conceptualización y a través de indicadores bibliométricos establecen los autores más importantes que se han dedicado al estudio de la calidad del servicio en Internet, sus fuentes principales, perspectivas de trabajo y, en conclusión, los modelos más relevantes en el estudio de este constructo.
