Dr. Abdinasir Hirsi is the Founder of the AiNetSeC Research Lab, a Lecturer based in Somalia, and a Member of IEEE. His research interests include cybersecurity, software-defined networking (SDN) security, DDoS attack detection and mitigation, network intrusion detection, and AI-driven network security. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) and has reviewed more than 150 research articles for leading IEEE and Elsevier journals. His work focuses on developing intelligent solutions for secure and resilient communication networks.
